Terms of Service for Tallywise

Welcome to Tallywise. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Tallywise mobile application ("the app", "we", "us"). By downloading or using the app, you agree to these Terms.

Using Tallywise

Tallywise lets you create, save, and export tally-counting sessions. You must be able to form a binding contract to use the app, and if you are not, you may only use Tallywise with the involvement of a parent or guardian. Tallywise is not directed at children under 13.

Your content

You retain ownership of the counting sessions, names, notes, and other content you create in the app ("your content"). You're responsible for what you create. Your content is stored locally on your device, as described in our Privacy Policy.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use Tallywise to:

• Violate any applicable law
• Interfere with or disrupt the app or its infrastructure
• Attempt to access another user's account or data
• Reverse engineer or copy the app beyond what's permitted by applicable law

We may suspend or terminate access to the app for accounts that violate these Terms.

Disclaimers

Tallywise is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We don't guarantee the app will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll update the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the app after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

Termination

You may stop using Tallywise at any time by uninstalling the app. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms.
